Think about the people you love most in this world. Your children, your partner, your best friends and family- even your pet! Imagine they come to you and tell you they’re having a rough day, or they made some sort of mistake and are feeling down. How would you respond?
Now think about the last time you made a mistake or had a bad day. Is the way you reacted different than the scenario you just imagined? If so, you’re definitely not alone.

Hair done, house clean, baby smiling, workout game strong – “I’m a queen!” But today I invite you to treat yourself with that same compassion and allowance during periods that aren’t so glamorous.
